Who can compete in CBBR events?
All three events in the annual season are open to current CBBR members only. These inter-club competitions help determine the team we put forward for the West Coast Board Riders season.
What is the West Coast Board Riders season?
CBBR competes against other boardriders clubs throughout Southern California in the West Coast Board Riders (WCBR) season. There are three regular-season events followed by the Wheat Cup Championships and the US Board Riders Championships.
Do I have to compete to be a member?
Absolutely not. We welcome non-competing members who want to be part of the community, attend events, and support the team. Select the ‘non-competing’ option when you sign up on LiveHeats.
What age groups can join?
Carlsbad Board Riders is open to all ages. We have youth competitors, adult competitors, and family members who join as supporters. The club is designed to be welcoming to everyone from groms to greybeards.
